Over 150 years ago, Japan first opened its doors to the outside world to welcome Western culture. In the mid 1800's the first western bustle-dress store opened in Yokohama, which spread rapidly among Japanese women. Dresses were significantly different from the kimono and were a challenge for Japanese women to get used to. That is when dresses were created using kimono fabric for Japanese women to combine the new aesthetic with tradition. Take this is opportunity to wear a piece of history right in the busy city of Tokyo. Bring back beautiful photos in a modernized kimono bustle dress as a memorable souvenir of Japan.

- Any cancellations made between 6 business days (23:30 local time) to 3 business days (23:30 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 3 business days (23:30 local time) to 1 business days (23:30 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 23:30 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- There are no age restrictions, however dress sizes are available for Japanese dress size 7 to 13. Approximately: Height: 155-175 cm Bust: 80-92 cm Waist: 61-72 cm Hip: 88-100 cm
- Small sizes for children are not available.
Additional Notes
- For hair-styling, you will have your hair pinned up with a headdress attached to it. Please do not use too many hair products prior to your experience for styling purposes.
- Lace fans, gloves, sun umbrellas, and other props are available to use during the photo shoot.
- It will take 3-4 weeks for the hand printed photo to be mailed to you. Around JPY 1,000 will be needed on site for mailing outside of Japan.
- Please note that you will not be able to select the photo to be printed. The staff will select two photos of their choice.
